Open Enrollment for 2025 runs from November 1, 2024 – December 15, 2024. If you need Health Insurance coverage, this is your chance to enroll yourself or your family. Our qualified agents can help you find a plan that could save you money or update your current coverages, if necessary.

If you plan to sign up, complete your application and select your plan before Open Enrollment ends. If you want coverage to take effect on January 1, 2025, sign up no later than December 15, 2024. If you sign up after December 15, your 2025 coverage will take effect on February 1. Founders Insurance Services can help you navigate this process to find the right plan for you, as well as check for any additional benefits you may qualify for.
